Do you ship worldwide?

How does sizing work?

 

Each product has the measurements you will need to take for the design in the product description or a drop down option. Please visit the sizing chart to see where you need to measure. You will need to add the product to cart then it will allow you to enter measurements in the notes field, if you press the buy it now option you will not be able to enter measurements.

 

Do you make plus size?

 

Yes! All my products are made to measure so you simply send the appropriate measurements at checkout. 

Do make custom designs?

Yes! please contact me on my insta @lornjaneharnesses or email info@lornajaneharness.co.uk and we can discuss it furthur, whether it’s something new, a slight change in design or a custom colour if I can do it I will. 

How long do orders take to be made and sent?

As each item is made specifically to your measurements please allow up to 3-4 weeks for dispatch, however some pieces will be ready sooner. Some pieces like chokers or simple harnesses will be ready much sooner.

If you need your design for a specific date that is before the 3-4 week period, please get in touch before ordering to see if the timeline is doable. once shipped UK orders take between 1-5 working days to arrive. International can vary depending on custom clearance.
