choker - neck circumference (I will make it a few inches bigger than your neck measurements for adjustability so please send your actual neck measurement) 

top harness - under bust, above bust and over bust ( see measurement b and c on the size chart page if you’re unsure where that is), and U.K. bra size if known. 

belt - waist measurement in smallest area unless you would like to wear lower in which case send that area. There will be a few inches adjustability at the back
